The policy

If ShoutFlow isn't working out, email support@shoutflow.ai from the address you purchased with, within 14 days of purchase, and we'll refund the full amount. No forms, no exit interview. Though if you tell us what didn't work, we'll genuinely try to fix it.

How it works

• Include your license key or the Stripe receipt email so we can find the order.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe.
• Stripe typically shows the refund on your statement within 5–10 business days of us issuing it.
• Refunded license keys are deactivated.

Before you buy

The free trial is the best refund policy: full app, no account, no card. Please use it to confirm ShoutFlow suits your Mac and your workflow. In particular, fully-local processing requires Apple Silicon, while Intel Macs use cloud/BYOK processing.

Edge cases

• Outside 14 days? Email us anyway. We can't promise anything, but we're not robots.
• BYOK provider charges (your OpenAI/OpenRouter/etc. usage) are billed by your provider under your account and can't be refunded by us.
• Refund abuse (repeat buy-refund cycles) may result in future purchases being declined.

Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
